Today I am in a decidedly studious mood and thought I'd share some of the things I've been reading. Someone asked me if vintage fashion would ever become a 'fad'. I shook my head adamantly and answered; "never!" Like the fabulous Coco Chanel once said "Fashion fades, only style remains the same." When a dress is made to last longer than you, you know you've found a stylish piece of history that you can be a part of. Vivienne Westwood also summed it up perfectly by saying "Buy less, choose well, and mix it all." Which means to me; don't limit yourself. Wear high street fashion with vintage, don't be afraid to wear that 'same old top'. Mix your era's and have fun with it!
